WORKERS AND WORKING AMBIENCE
For the realization of the vision and mission, as well as the
strategy and business goals of AD PLASTIK, its workers are of
crucial significance.
Without daughter companies, the company have 1163 workers
operating in three organizational forms, i.e. in the functional,
design and processing organization. Those forms function
parallelly and each worker has its own role or roles in them,
but finds different models for its own actualization.
As a company looking towards the future, we understand that the
leading companies cannot rely exclusively on several leaders.
Team work is becoming a major component of our corporate culture
and the method by which we remain within the circle of the most
successful companies in our field of activity. Thereby, we see a
work team as a relatively smaller group of people with mutually
supplementing characteristics, which are equally devoted to the
common goal, challenge and work approach, and have a common
responsibility for the result.
To be a good member of the team is not an option, but a
requirement, and one of the main characteristics which we
evaluate while employing new associates.
Our teams have these common characteristics, which also
represent their basic values:

The company measures and appraises the level of motivation and
satisfaction of its workers regularly, on the annual basis.
There are significant resources invested in improvement of
indicators of motivation and satisfaction, in accordance with
the measurement results.
The company has an elaborated system of recognizing, evaluating
and awarding the improvements. Since we work in a competitive
surrounding, which develops fast technologically, we can monitor
that development and, sometimes, also anticipate it by way of
including as many workers in the process of improvement as
possible, not only those which have technological advancements
as their direct job.
Social peace and acknowledging of social partners prevail in the
company. The company has ensured all the conditions for
operation of the Workers' Council and the Management regularly
cooperates with the Council within the law. Cooperation with
unions is productive, and particularly in the field of
collective bargaining and the implementation and supervision of
the implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Training of workers for work at their work posts, and education
of workers for different tasks which they take over are among
our regular activities for which a sufficient budget is ensured.
Measuring of the efficiency of training and education, as well
as preventive and corrective activities based on that, are an
ongoing process.

levels possessing skills that are applicable in the automotive
industry, which are, as far as the personality features are

The company wants to become the so-called "Employer by Choice",
whereby it is important that we be constantly profitable and
growing. Such perception of the company arouses interest in the
labour market and stimulates potential associates to wish to

Furthermore, instead of the concept of securing a permanent work
post, the concept of constant development, and permanent
training and education is offered, which ensures the employment
throughout the time during which people develop together with
the company.
We give up the concept of treating human resources as an expense.

FEATURES OF OUR PEOPLE
People integrated in the system of AD PLASTIK make a strong,
and, for the automotive industry, competent whole, comprising
over 30% of the personnel with university qualifications, and
over 60% of the personnel with secondary school qualifications,
highly skilled or skilled ones. Beside required expert knowledge,
all the personnel have the necessary skills, and, where
necessary, also the required personality features.
The company and all its employees are oriented towards the buyer
and the market in general, not forgetting the corporate
interests thereby, nor the interests of other interested parties.
