The beginnings of the car industry can be traced back to the plants "Termoplastika" and "Galanterija" once part of the "Jugoplastika" system.

Separate plants are formed: "Brizgalice", Termooblikovanje","Obrada metala","Profili", all part of different factories within "Jugoplastika".

Various production segments from "Jugoplastika"  are united into "Autodijelovi" as part of the "Jugoplastika" system.

"AD Plastik" is formed as an independent part of "Diokom" ex "Jugoplastika" with production plants on three locations: Split, Makarska and Muc.

A new production site is formed in Zagreb, a new company is in Novo Mesto (Slovenia), and a joint venture companies are formed with the majority ownership in Russia and Romania.

The Company owns substantial capacity, technologies and educated staff engaged in the production and development of plastics. All our products are of guaranteed quality, produced in accordance with the ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.
