AD Plastik has the knowledge, skill and experience in producing products in various technologies, on modern equipment. Satisfaction of our customers is ensured by providing support in production technologies such as:

INJECTION

The injection technology is used for producing products from a few grams to five kilograms, and we can boast with years of experience in this area. We have machines with the clamping force from 50 to 3000 T.

EXTRUSION

The extrusion technology for profiles and angled injection is used for prodicing various angled and flexible products on:

- 14 extrusion lines, from Ø 24 mm to Ø 90 mm

- 2 lines for co-extruding, from Ø 25 mm to Ø 45 mm

- 5 vertical injectors for superinjecting

THERMAL FORMING

The thermal forming technology is used for producing door panels, back-seat shelves and carpets. Final operations use high frequency welding, ultra-sound welding and trimming / cutting. We have the following equipment: 

- 7 hydraulic presses, from 1500 to 4000 kN

- 5 pneumatic presses, from 30 to 60 kN 

- 5 vacuum presses

- 1 lines for panel extrusion

PUR FOAMING

The foaming and cutting of PUR blocks is used to prepare the material for producing numerous parts of the interior (roof panels, arm rests, sound insulation of the engine, head support, front controls, sun protector). We have:

- 2 lines for roofs including cutting and foaming of PUR blocks (technology of rigid PUR foam - Baynate-Bayer)

- 3 lines for integral PUR production, rigid and semi-rigid PUR

BLOWING

The technology of blowing is used for the production of canisters from 3 to 30 lit (dm³), at the line for blowing with the capacity of 125 kg/h.

PAINTING

In a modern painting chamber with the capacity of 150 products/h, we paint fenders, side protection strips, cooler masks, air intakes, fog-light covers etc.
