In cooperation with Nabava Plus, the Croatian Employers’\nAssociation organized the second in a series of educational events “Smart Purchasing\n– People, Technology, Changes”, on the topic Purchasing in 2020 – Croatia,\nEU, World. The central part of the event was a panel discussion on topics\nrelated to business in Croatia, the EU and the world. The panel was attended by\nPeter Milas (Business Operations Manager \/ Altpro), Denis Miletovi\u0107 (Operational\nPurchasing Manager \/ AD Plastik), Daniel Pavli\u0107 (PMP\/RIS), Nikolina Podore\u0161ki\n(Senior Procurement Business Partner \/ Nestl\u00e9 South East European Market) and\nMirela Senica (Head of Purchasing for CEE and MEA \/ IBM and President of HUND)\nand the moderator was Renata Iva\u0161tinovi\u0107 from Nabava Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was concluded that it is important to continue working on\nincreasing the understanding of the role of purchasing in companies through an\nopen dialogue with customers and management boards and through the creation of\na collaborative culture.
