AD Plastik Group won the Green Frog Award 2019\nfor the best Sustainability Report, an award given by Deloitte Croatia for the\nfifth consecutive year. This year, the Croatian Employers’ Association and the\nGlobal Compact Network Croatia joined them as full partners in the selection\nprocess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award was taken on behalf of AD Plastik\nGroup by Zoja Crne\u010dki, Consultant for Relations with Government Institutions\nand Funds, who emphasized on this occasion: \u201cCorporate Social Responsibility is\na part of AD Plastik Group’s business model and one of the most important\ncomponents of the company’s development policy. Social responsibility is\nembedded in all our business processes, which contributes to the realization of\nUNGC’s Sustainable Development Goals. We are delighted that our work and\npositive impact on the environment and society as a whole have been recognized\nand rewarded. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Introductory speeches were given by Ivana\nTurjak \u010cebohin, Director at Deloitte’s Audit Department and Head of the Green\nFrog Initiative as well as Vali Marszalek, Consultant for Sustainable Development\nand Corporate Social Responsibility at CEA and Executive Director of Global\nCompact Network Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAwareness of social responsibility,\nenvironmental protection and human rights is becoming bigger and clearer. Such\ntrends in the contemporary market have stimulated positive changes in Croatia,\nand the number of companies that have started publishing non-financial reports\nis increasing year by year. Non-financial reporting can bring numerous benefits\nto companies, both for reporting entities and for companies that are not\nlegally obligated to do so,\u201d said Ivana Turjak \u010cebohin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
