{"id":25987,"date":"2023-11-07T15:00:35","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T14:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adplastik.hr\/?p=25987"},"modified":"2024-06-10T15:09:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T13:09:56","slug":"croatian-sustainability-index-hrio-in-the-category-of-sustainable-corporate-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adplastik.hr\/en\/news\/croatian-sustainability-index-hrio-in-the-category-of-sustainable-corporate-governance","title":{"rendered":"Croatian Sustainability Index (HRIO) in the category of sustainable corporate governance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the 15th Conference\non Sustainable Development held in Zagreb, HRIO awards were awarded for the\nsixteenth time in a row, organized by the Croatian Business Council for\nSustainable Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AD Plastik is this\nyear&#8217;s winner of the HRIO award in the category of sustainable corporate\ngovernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I consider sustainable corporate governance extremely important, that is,\nfundamental for the development of the company&#8217;s sustainability as a whole,\nwhich is why this award is particularly important to us.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Only through sustainable governance can we contribute to the development of\nsocial and ecological aspects of sustainability and achieve their balance, to\nthe satisfaction of all our stakeholders. In this way, we increase\ntransparency, ethics, and responsibility, but above all, we maintain\ncredibility and trust.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>All our employees apply high principles of sustainability in their daily\nwork and our success would not be possible without their dedication and effort.\nAnd I thank them very much for that.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Awards are always an additional incentive for us, and we believe that we\ncontribute to the creation of positive changes in society and a better future with\nour example, <\/em>said the President of the Management Board, Marinko Do\u0161en, when accepting\nthe award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The HRIO methodology\nevaluates the sustainability of the companies\u2019 business operations in\naccordance with the latest European directives, global standards, and\nsustainable development goals, and awards are given to the most successful\nCroatian companies that apply socially responsible practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The challenges of\nstructural and systematic business changes in times when we are faced with the\nconsequences of the climate crisis, which have increasingly significant impacts\non business processes, and the responsibilities that businessmen have in\ncreating resilient and green communities, are one of the many topics of this\nyear&#8217;s Conference on Sustainable Development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the 15th Conference on Sustainable Development held in Zagreb, HRIO awards were awarded for the sixteenth time in a row, organized by the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development.
