A new reward model called \u201eAD5\u201c has been created in the\ncompany for the purposes of recognition and rewarding excellent employees. It\nis important to recognize employees’ effort and merit that should be rewarded\nbecause success of each company is based on work, motivation and satisfaction\nof each individual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new reward model will be held quarterly and evaluators\n(managers) identify employees according to results achieved in the observed\nperiod in accordance with the criteria of quality and quantity of work, taking\ninitiative, adaptibility, communication, reliability and consistency, team work\nand team or project management. The nomination procedure is carried out in\naccordance with the\nprescribed evaluation questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
