Process Development Director of AD Plastik Group Mate Gojsalić participated as a guest lecturer at the Specialist Professional Study Programme in the Mechanical Engineering, University Department of Professional Studies. He held a lesson on “Product and Process Design in the Automotive Industry” as part of the Plastic Products Design course. How interesting students found the implementation of theoretically acquired knowledge in practice is best shown by their questions and expressed interest in continuing this form of cooperation.

The closing ceremony of this commendable project, which already for the ninth year in a row connects employers to students with disabilities and students from low-income backgrounds, was held. For many years now, AD Plastik has been supporting this project organized by the web-portal Poslovni dnevnik (Business Diary), providing this way internship opportunities for young students, some of whom are now also employees of the company. The Executive Director of Human Resources Mira Pavić presented Nikola Jug, a student at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, with a certificate of internship. We believe that this is just one step forward towards Nikola’s further career development.
