New Management Board has started work

As of yesterday, changes to the composition of the Management Board of AD Plastik Group have officially taken effect. The new management structure ensures business continuity, internal stability, and the further strategic development of the company, primarily within the automotive industry sector.

Katija Klepo is the new President of the Management Board, who has long served as a Management Board member with extensive experience in finance, controlling, and corporate functions. “We will continue to develop strategic directions that reflect the dynamism of the sector, the digitalization of processes, sustainability, and the increasingly complex demands of our partners. In an environment that is rapidly evolving, we will place special emphasis on improving internal processes and more efficient resource management. The long-term value of the company can only be built on solid foundations of financial strength, organizational resilience, and responsible business practices,” stated Katija Klepo.

Mladen Peroš, who has for many years led key strategic and operational segments of the company, remains a Board member responsible for sales and engineering. The new Board member responsible for finance, controlling, accounting, and IT is Goran Soko, who brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and international business, including six years within the AD Plastik Group. With his knowledge, experience, and professional approach, he will further strengthen the company’s financial function and stability.

The new Management Board is taking over at a time that demands a high level of adaptability, financial discipline, and precise operational execution. In the coming period, the strategic focus will be on preserving and developing partnerships, improving efficiency, and strengthening sustainability and financial stability. Financial stability remains one of the core priorities of the Board’s future activities, alongside thoughtful and responsible cost management, resource optimization, and disciplined execution of investments that generate long-term value.

“Today, AD Plastik Group is a stable and internationally recognized industrial company, firmly positioned in the European automotive value chain. The change in the Management Board represents a natural continuation of the long-term development strategy and strengthens the company’s adaptability while preserving the core values that have positioned us for decades as one of the most significant domestic industrial exporters,” added Klepo.
